Organizational Structure

The governing bodies, which  manage and control  the Association are:

     * General Meeting of the members of the Association, governing body, composed of all members of RAA.
     * Board of Directors, management and execution body, composed of 5 persons:

    1. President: Dan Ciubotaru from Bucharest (from September 21, 2008)
    2. Vice President: Firicel Ciarnau from Simeria (from foundation)
    3. Vice President: Gabriela Dima from Pitesti (from September 21, 2008)
    4. Vice President: Jeni Nicolae from Bucharest (from October 18, 2009)
    5. Secretary: Elena Manea from Bucharest (from October 17, 2010)

     * Honor President: Mihaela Dicu from Craiova (from foundation)
     * Censor: Vera Tucu from Craiova (from foundation)

The competences of the General Assembly of the Association, the Censor Board of Directors and of the Censor are scheduled in the status of operation of the RAA.

The time length of the association is unlimited.

The association headquarters is in Craiova, str Nicolae Iorga, bl A 64, et. 5, ap 23.

Depending on further development of the RAA, it may establish branches and subsidiaries, which are subject to the laws of registration and functioning. The heritage of the Association initially consists solely of the cash contribution of the founding members, in an amount of 600 Ron.

The whole heritage will be highlighted and preserved in accordance with the Romanian legislation, on behalf of the Association, and will be used exclusively to achieve its goal.
