About RAA

The Romanian Astrologers Association - AAR / RAA - is an association created by lovers of astrology to support and promote the interests of astrology and astrologers in Romania. RAA is intended to be a channel of communication between its members that allows the development of some projects that require teamwork and that aims to promote and support the astrology.

The Romanian Astrologers Association (RAA) is constituted under the O.G 37 / 30.01.2003 and O.G. 26 / 30.01.2000 regarding the associations and foundations and the Decree no. 31 / 1954  regarding the private individuals and legal persons.

The objectives of the Romanian Astrologers Association:

• the promotion and the development of the astrology in a constructive and responsible manner.

• the development and improvement of the astrology in our country, by attracting and using any resources to support this field of interes.

• to  internationally promote the Romanian astrological community achievements.

To achieve its purpose, the Association is conducting  the following activities:

• it organizes and participates in symposia, conferences, workshops, seminars and other events of this kind, national and international, in order to accomplish its goals;

• provides periodic newsletters, articles, magazines or other media materials that presents and promotes the Association of astrology , including presentations about the evolution of  this domain,nationally and internationally.  For this purpose it uses specific methods and techniques of public relations and advertising;

• it collaborates with individuals and companies, institutions or government organizations and NGOs in the country and abroad to promote astrology;

• it promotes the study of astrology through lectures, seminars, electronic discussion lists, workshops and other activities with instructional purposes;

• it supports as much as possible the works, researches and studies in astrology;

• grants awards, honorary degrees and other awards;

• it supports the original works in the field of astrology,  be they books, articles, software, design, internet publications, etc.

• it organizes a national network including persons or organizations interested in astrological research;

• it initiates the establishment of an electronic library of reference materials specific, of  a database for study and research, and of other such information resources;

• it carries out any other activities in order to accomplish the  proposed objectives.
